Site Waste Plans and Strategy

 Site Waste can be addressed from the outset of a project, not just once the main contractor goes on site.

At Sustainable Construction Services, we can assist clients and design teams with developing strategies for reducing site waste early in design. This is based on our expertise in advising WRAP  on waste reduction measures in design. We can help teams to use tools such as the Net Waste Tool and can assist with projects achieving net zero waste and recycled content targets often required for Sustainability Strategies. 

Site Waste Management Plans

We can advise and prepare a Site Waste Management Plans for the design stage or for Main Contractor Support. These can be set up in Employer's Requirements, or for targeting BREEAM or Code for Sustainable Homes. We can implement procedures for monitoring site waste through the construction process and confirmation from the Local Authority of the collection service.
