Sustainable Construction Services is a one stop shop for all aspects of sustainability within the construction sector. Our approach is based on our team's many years of experience in construction and environmental design. We have a fantastic opportunity for an Energy and Sustainability Consultant to join our Bristol based office.

Experience:

We are looking for applicants with experience working as part of an Energy or Sustainability team. Knowledge of the construction process is essential. Candidates with a background in Building Services will be at an advantage. Previous experience of BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes assessments, Renewable Energy studies or energy modeling, would also be desirable.

Skills:

Ideally candidates will have a BEng / MEng / MSc in a relevant Engineering or design discipline. Ideally, applicants will be qualified or have knowledge in one of the following:

BREEAM
Code for Sustainable Homes Assessment
Low Carbon Consultancy
Energy Assessment

Responsibilities:

Working with clients and project teams
Direct responsibility for the delivery of projects, supported by experienced team members
Environmental Assessments (e.g. BREEAM, Code for Sustainable Homes)
Renewable feasibilities and energy modeling
Report writing
