A Code for Sustainable Homes assessment is required for all new homes in England and Wales. It is an environmental assessment specific to residential developments and considers a wide range of issues such as energy, water use, materials, waste and ecology.

SCS have experience of producing large volumes of Code for Sustainable Homes assessments, from Code level 1 through to Code level 5, for a range of Welsh and English clients including many housing associations and private developers. Each site is assessed on its own individual merits with specific tailored advice given. You will have a dedicated assessor throughout the process, saving you time and money.
